MDPC is a non-profit, socio-cultural organization dedicated for celebrating and preserving Bengali culture is situated in the bank of river Hooghly, in the locality of Shyamnagar- Athpur. Founded 50 years ago in Athpur. MDPC has grown in strength through the decades, earning a pre-eminent position in Shyamnagor. Today, we have more than 500 member from different families belonging all walks of life, living, studying, working and contributing to nation-building in and across West Bengal and India. MDPC organizes every year the festival of Durga Puja with huge celebrations and grandeur.
